Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. All fees are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within thirty days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and assessments associated with your use of our services, excluding taxes based on our net income.

Confidentiality

In the course of providing services, each party may disclose confidential information to the other.
